User Roles

Colloquial has four levels of access that may be applied to users. You may access these settings under People.

Read-only can access

• View all pages (excluding settings)
• Can modify filters for their personal use.

Consumer can access 

• They can also create Fact Cards and add Tags.
• They can add Facts.

Contributor can additionally

• Modify Fact Cards and update Facts.
• Can create new Tags.

Curator can additionally

• Configure Groups (or reference architectures)
• Configure Fact Templates.
• Create new Tag Groups and Views.

Admin can additionally

• Configure workspace and organisation settings.
• Configure users including user invitations and user roles.
