Create a Fact Card

To add a Fact Card select Facts on the left hand side of the menu bar.

Step1: Click on the "+" in the right hand corner in the header

Step 2: Select the Fact Card Service you would like to enter e.g. App

Step 3: Enter the Fact Card information:

Name: The name refers to the unique identifier or label given to the created application, software or platform. It distinguishes one system from another within an organization or in the context of IT infrastructure.

Also known as: Is used to indicate an alternative names or aliases for a particular system, application, or component.

Description: Provides an overview that outlines the purpose, features, functionality, and key components.

Tags: Tags are keywords or labels assigned to pieces of information (such as documents, images, or videos) to categorize and organize them. This helps to group related information and provides easy retrieval and management of content based on specific topics, themes, or attributes.

Step 4: Click Save. When you save the fact card a pop up will appear and take you to the fact card page.

The Application created will appear and can be viewed and enable the update of additional information.
