Create a View

To add a new View select View on the left-hand side of the menu bar.

Step1: Click on "+ Create View "


Step 2: Enter the View information:


View Name: The name refers to the label given to the created View.

Short description: Provides an overview that outlines the purpose of the view.

Collections: Defines where the view will appear

Canvas: Choose the layout that best suits the Fact Cards you wish to display

Step 4: Click Create.

Step 5: Click on the list menu in the top right hand corner

Step 6: Select the Display Tab and choose which groups are visible in this view

Step 7: Select the Canvas tab

Step 8: Order the View by simply dragging and dropping i.e. we can move the workspace app solutions to the top of the view.

Step 9: Click on Save and either save changes or save as a new view
