Reviewing Portfolios
A Portfolio can be reviewed and maintained via a View. For each forum we may want to create, manage or copy a View and update the Filter criteria (Date, Level or Tags) or the Display, Category or Canvas.
To manage or copy a view
Step 1: Select "View" on the left hand side of the menu bar.
Step2: Select the View you would like to manage or copy
Step 2: Select the view information you would like to update
Filter:
Date: Enter the timeline you would like the view to be based on i.e. past, current or future Timeline
Level: Refine the level of detail that is displayed in the view
Tags: To focus on specific groups you can select the Fact Cards that contain certain tags e.g. Reporting Levels: Executive
Step 3: Click on the Display tab and select the Fact Overlay field which you would like to appear in the view.
To show or hide groups
Step 4: Select the groups you would like to be visible in the view
Step 5: Categorise the Fact cards by click and dragging the cards into the groups that they belong
Step 6: Reorder the application services by clicking on the name and drag and drop to modify the order
Step 7: Click to save changes or Save as new view
