Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your organisation and all associated data from Colloquial. This includes all Fact Cards, relationships, views, templates, and configuration. This action cannot be undone.
Only admins can delete an organisation.
Before you delete
Consider the following before proceeding:
- All architecture data, documents, and configuration will be permanently deleted.
- All users in the organisation will lose access immediately.
- Any active integrations (Microsoft Teams, Atlassian, etc.) will be disconnected.
- Colloquial cannot recover deleted organisation data.
If you're not sure, consider reaching out to Colloquial Support before proceeding — we may be able to help with your underlying concern.
Delete your organisation
- In Colloquial, click the cog icon to go to Settings.
- Select Organisation from the left menu.
- Click the Support tab.

- Under Delete your account, click Delete.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Type your organisation's slug to confirm.

- Click Delete organisation to permanently delete your account.
You will be signed out and redirected to the Colloquial website. Your organisation and all its data has been permanently removed.
